Australia We charge a flat rate of $8.50 on all orders. Shipping is via Registered Post or courier. International Yes, we ship internationally. Rates are: $20 to New Zealand. $35 to rest of world. Miss Precious Returns Policy Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept jewellery items for change of mind returns. We will provide refunds if the jewellery items are found to be faulty, not fit for their purpose or do not match their description. Defective Items for Replacement: Fufoo and Disney Precious Collections jewellery come with a 1yr manufacturers warranty. If a jewellery item is found to be faulty within this time and you would like a replacement, please follow the instructions as detailed on the accompanying warranty card. Do not return faulty items for replacement to Miss Precious. If you would like a refund on jewellery items found to be faulty upon delivery, please follow the instructions for Returns. Returns It is important to us here at Miss Precious that you are satisfied with your purchase. Orders are carefully checked for faults prior to shipping. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your items, we offer a 14 day return policy on non-jewellery items (including jewellery boxes) and defective jewellery items requiring refund. 14 days is counted from the date the order was shipped. Items must be in their original packaging, and must be unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached. Returns are subject to our approval once their condition has been verified. 1) Sale items nor international orders – these are final sales. To return a product: 1) Contact us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. You will have received an email confirming this date. 2) You will be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) via email. Once you have this number, mail the product in its original condition and original packaging with a copy of the receipt to: Miss Precious Returns 3) All returns of defective jewellery items for refund (not replacement) must be via Registered Post . All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your RAN. 4) Once we have evaluated the condition of your returned items, we will issue you with a refund. All refunds will not include the original cost of shipping, nor the return shipping cost. 5) All returns must be accompanied by a RAN. Any item returned without a RAN will be returned to the sender. 6) Please ensure your return address is on the packaging. Miss Precious is not responsible for any item damaged, lost or stolen after it is posted with Australia Post. Exchanges Miss Precious does not exchange items. For non-jewellery items, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it following the steps listed above, within 14 days from the date the order was shipped. You may then order another item. Order Tracking Customers will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped. This email will contain an Australia Post identification number. To track, please visit www.auspost.com.au or phone 131318. If your order was shipped by courier, you will also receive a tracking number. To track, please visit the respective courier company’s website. Order Cancellations If you decide to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If the order process has begun or if the order has shipped, it may not be possible to cancel. |
